I visited this clinic while in Seoul. The reception and consultation were very detailed, and the staff were patient. I appreciated that the director performed the procedure herself and that there was an English translator throughout.

However, the appointment times were confusing. Different staff gave me different times, which made scheduling difficult. Clearer communication for foreign patients would be very helpful.

Three days after the treatment, the left masseter Botox looks uneven and a bit bulged, and the upper forehead near the hairline seems to have been missed. The other treatments (eye skin booster and Titan) seem fine so far.

Overall, thoughtful care, but communication and injection precision could be improved.
